The Conamp 207B Digital readout system is specifically designed and manufactured as a self-contained, portable load cell unit to accurately provide cable tension measurements required in the manufacturing process of prestressed concrete.

The Digital readout displays the actual load in pounds and features a remote ‘Hold’ or ‘Freeze’ load control circuit.  Also featured is the push to calibrate circuit button.  The system can accommodate one (1) or two (2) load cells (capacities offered: 40,000lb, 50,000lb, 60,000lb, 75,000lb, 100,000lb).  Strainsense Co can perform the annual ASTM E4 calibration that is needed.

The Load Cell is a hollow canister type and made of heat treated steel for long lasting with a ¾” through hole which allows the ½” cable to pass through (different size through holes can be selected by customer).  The Load Cell is designed with a swivel top for uniform load distribution.  Conamp 207B is supplied with a load cell cable (typically 9’) and hold control cable.  The system operates using four (4) standard 9 volt dc batteries.  Compact design with custom aluminum case for housing the Digital Load Indicator, Load Cell, and Cable.  The complete load cell package is calibrated and meets ASTM E4 Standards, Traceable to NIST and has the accuracy/linearity of +/- 0.10% F.S.  And is approved by State Departments of Highways.  Weight of system is approximately 15 pounds.  For additional technical or general information please contact Strainsense Co. at (412) 751-3055.
