standard testing and research aids have kept us competitive as
a supplier in these areas.
By providing quick turnaround time for electrical/mechanical repair
work, usually 2 days if the unit is manufactured by Strainsense
and 1 / 2 weeks in most other cases, satisfied customers continue
to use our repair service on a regular basis. Our growing market,
however, has not prevented us from still providing the personalized
attention our customers have come to rely on to help fulfill their
needs and resolve their research and testing problems.
