Description: The Digicell 320 Load Cell System utilizes
a new concept of having the conditioning electronics and the digital
monitor designed and built directly into the body of the load
cells as one unit. The system is self powered, designed with state
of the art components, and it uses a LCD indicator to monitor
the resultant load.

Calibration Systems
New Compact Digitized Load Cell
For further versatility, the case housing the digital
monitor/conditioning electronics can be readily removed
from the load cell and used remotely with an interconnecting
cable where circumstances prevent an operator from getting
close enough to the load cell to read the monitor. The
system can be used as a primary calibration system for
checking force machines on a routine basis.

SYSTEM BREAKDOWN: The basic system comes complete with
either a tension, compression, or a combination tension/compression
load cell; a single load range indicating in engineering units
or percent' a remote "hold load" control switch; a 12 foot long
interconnecting cable; and a battery charger.
SYSTEM
FEATURES: Extremely compact, lightweight, and easy to use
Battery powered and rechargeable - (Common 9 volt battery used).
Can be operated on AC voltage Digital Monitor. Can be removed
and used remotely from the cell Hold load for one man operation.

OPTIONS: The system can be designed with the following
options:
1. To monitor and display the resultant load in engineering units
of force (pounds, kips, kilograms, kilonewtoms, etc.) or percent
(0-100.00%)
2. With the two ranges of the customer's choice. Normally, the
low range is no less that ten (10) percent of the maximum range
of the load cell.
3. With a Tension Load Cell, a Compression Load Cell, or a combination
Tension and Compression Load Cell.
4. The Interconnecting Cable length can be made to the customer's
requirements. The normal cable supplied with the system is twelve
(12) feet long.
5. A custom designed shipping/carrying case constructed of 1/8"
thick aluminum and lined with a 1" polyethylene complete with
hinge cover, hasp and handle.
